Who we are and what this policy covers
Sanzone House LLC is a family-owned empowerment publisher based in Tennessee, United States.
This Privacy & Cookie Policy applies to digital services operated by Sanzone House LLC, including sanzonehouse.com; Sanzone House subdomains; Sanzone House web applications and member areas; Sanzone Manor and the Sanzone House Library; Sanzone House digital publications and interactive tools; Sanzone House programs, applications, and participant experiences; and other online services that link to this policy. Together, we call these the “Sanzone House Services.”
A particular service or program may provide an additional privacy notice when its information practices require more detail. If an additional notice applies, it supplements this policy for that service.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@sanzonehouse.com.
Information we receive
The information Sanzone House receives depends on how you use the Sanzone House Services.
Messages and support information. When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, order or account details, and information you choose to include in your message. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, government identification numbers, or sensitive health information through ordinary email or contact forms.
House Notes and optional communications. When you choose to receive House Notes or another optional Sanzone House communication, we may receive your email address, consent information, signup source, and related communication preferences. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message.
Orders and payment-related information. When you make a purchase, we may receive customer, product, transaction, tax, delivery, and fulfillment information made available by Stripe and other connected payment services. Payhip may retain information relating to historical purchases completed through that platform. Sanzone House does not intentionally receive complete payment-card numbers from payment processors.
Account and membership information. If a Sanzone House Service allows you to create an account or membership, we may receive information such as your name, email address, account identifier, membership or subscription status, account preferences, access history, and information reasonably necessary to authenticate, secure, and provide the account. Authentication may be provided by a third-party service provider. Sanzone House does not need or intend to receive your plaintext password from an authentication provider.
Interactive tools and saved information. Some Sanzone House Services may allow you to type, save, organize, or submit information. The handling of that information depends on the feature. Some interactive features may save information locally on your own device or browser. When a feature is identified as local-only, information saved by that feature is not transmitted to Sanzone House by that feature. Other features may require information to be transmitted or stored to provide account synchronization, backup, submission, collaboration, or another requested function. We encourage you not to enter information that is more sensitive than necessary for the feature you are using.
Programs, affiliates, testers, and submissions. If you voluntarily apply for or participate in a Sanzone House program, affiliate relationship, product-testing opportunity, survey, research activity, promotion, or similar program, we may receive information reasonably necessary to administer it. This may include contact information, application responses, payment or tax information where required, referral or attribution information, product feedback, submitted content, and program communications. Additional program terms may apply.
Technical and security information. Our systems and service providers may receive ordinary technical information needed to operate and protect the Sanzone House Services, including IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, requested pages or resources, timestamps, error and diagnostic information, and security and fraud-prevention logs.
Optional analytics. When required consent is provided, analytics services may process information about visits, referring pages, and interactions to help us understand how Sanzone House Services are used.
Optional marketing measurement. When required consent is provided, marketing and attribution services may process visit, referral, and campaign-interaction information to help us measure marketing activity.
How we use information
Depending on the Sanzone House Service involved, we use information to provide purchased products and requested services; create, authenticate, and maintain accounts; provide membership access and entitlements; save or synchronize information when a feature requires it; fulfill purchases and provide order or file support; respond to questions and maintain customer-service records; administer programs, affiliate relationships, and testing opportunities; send House Notes or other communications you request; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Sanzone House Services; prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents; understand service performance when analytics permission is granted; measure marketing activity when marketing permission is granted; maintain financial, tax, accounting, and legal records; and protect Sanzone House, our customers, participants, and the integrity of our services.
Where consent is required, optional analytics and marketing technologies are used only after the applicable permission is provided.
Cookies, browser storage, and your choices
Sanzone House Services may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies. Necessary storage may be used for security, authentication, shopping-cart functions, account sessions, saved preferences, cookie choices, or other functions required for a service to work.
Some interactive Sanzone House tools may intentionally store responses, settings, progress, or other information locally on your device. Deleting browser data, changing browsers, using another device, or using private-browsing features may remove or prevent access to locally stored information.
When applicable and permitted, analytics technologies may help us understand visits and interactions. When applicable and permitted, marketing technologies may help us understand campaign and referral activity. Where our cookie controls provide a choice, you may reject or change optional analytics and marketing permissions without losing ordinary access to browsing or purchasing functions.
Service providers and information sharing
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate Sanzone House, provide a service you request, fulfill purchases, administer programs, comply with law, or protect legitimate interests.
Providers may include Stripe and connected financial providers for checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, taxes, and receipts; Payhip for support and historical records relating to purchases previously completed through Payhip; website and application hosting providers; database, storage, authentication, domain, and security providers; email and customer-communication providers; analytics providers when analytics permission is granted; marketing and attribution providers when marketing permission is granted; professional advisers such as accountants, attorneys, or insurers when reasonably necessary; and governmental or legal authorities when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety.
Sanzone House does not sell personal information in exchange for money. Third-party providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Public and promotional submissions
Information you send privately to Sanzone House does not become public merely because you submitted it. If we would like to publish or use identifiable participant feedback, photographs, testimonials, recipes, stories, or similar submissions for promotional purposes, any permissions required for that use will be addressed through the applicable program terms, submission terms, release, or other authorization.
Data retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received and for legitimate operational, support, financial, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, and legal purposes. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the service provider involved. Information intentionally stored only on your own device is generally controlled by your browser or device rather than Sanzone House.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Sanzone House Services and the information involved. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials associated with your account and should contact us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information, which can include rights to request access; request correction; request deletion; request a copy of certain information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a privacy request, email support@sanzonehouse.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the unsubscribe method provided in the message. Transactional messages relating to purchases, accounts, memberships, security, or support may still be sent when reasonably necessary.
Children
Sanzone House accounts, purchases, memberships, and online services are intended for adults unless a particular service expressly states otherwise. Some Sanzone House publications or household tools may be purchased by an adult for use with members of the adult's household. That does not mean the associated online account or service is intended to collect personal information directly from children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without the authorization or procedures required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Sanzone House in circumstances where it should not have been collected, contact support@sanzonehouse.com.
International processing
Sanzone House and its service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.
Third-party services
A Sanzone House Service may link to or integrate with a third-party service. A third party's own collection and use of information is governed by that provider's policies when it acts independently of Sanzone House.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy as Sanzone House Services, technology, providers, programs, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. When appropriate, material changes will be communicated through the website, applicable service, account interface, email, or another reasonable notice.
