Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of online services operated by Sanzone House LLC. By accessing or using a Sanzone House Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

Who we are and what these Terms cover

Sanzone House LLC is a family-owned empowerment publisher based in Tennessee, United States. These Terms apply to sanzonehouse.com; Sanzone House subdomains; Sanzone House web applications and member areas; Sanzone Manor and the Sanzone House Library; Sanzone House digital publications and interactive tools; the Sanzone House Publishing Desk; Sanzone House programs, applications, and participant experiences; and other online services that link to these Terms. Together, we call these the “Sanzone House Services.”

A particular service, purchase, membership, program, integration, or feature may have additional terms. Those additional terms supplement these Terms for that service. If specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms control for the subject they address.

Eligibility and accounts

Sanzone House accounts, purchases, memberships, and online services are intended for adults unless a particular service expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for providing accurate information where required, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity conducted through your account. Contact support@sanzonehouse.com if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or system, or use a Sanzone House Service in a way that interferes with its security or operation.

Digital purchases

Purchases of digital products and related fulfillment are also governed by the Sanzone House Digital Purchase Policy available at /policies/digital-purchase. Product descriptions, prices, included files, access methods, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout or on the applicable product page form part of the terms of that purchase.

Memberships, access, and programs

Some Sanzone House Services may provide membership access, role-based privileges, limited-access materials, testing opportunities, affiliate programs, contributor programs, or other participant experiences. Eligibility, access, benefits, duration, and additional obligations may vary by program and may be described separately.

Access credentials, member-only materials, private links, or other restricted resources may not be shared or used to provide unauthorized access to another person unless the applicable service expressly permits it.

Publishing Desk and third-party platform integrations

The Sanzone House Publishing Desk and related tools may allow an authorized user to connect third-party accounts, prepare content, and send or upload content to third-party platforms. You must have authority to connect and use any account you authorize through these tools and remain responsible for the content, settings, audience choices, and other instructions you approve for publication.

Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, policies, technical requirements, availability, and enforcement decisions. Sanzone House does not control those third-party services and cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, retain, distribute, or display submitted content.

Where a third-party integration requires authorization, Sanzone House will use the permissions granted through that platform to provide the requested integration. You may revoke third-party authorization using the controls provided by the applicable platform or Sanzone House Service where available.

Your content and submissions

You retain ownership of content you own and submit through a Sanzone House Service. You grant Sanzone House the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, format, or otherwise handle that content to provide the feature or service you requested.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit or publish the content you provide and that your use of the service will not violate applicable law, another person's rights, or the applicable rules of a connected third-party platform.

Private information you submit does not become public merely because you submitted it. Separate permissions may apply when identifiable submissions are intended for publication, promotion, testing, collaboration, or another public use.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sanzone House Services to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; distribute malware or harmful code; circumvent access or security controls; probe or disrupt systems without authorization; send spam or deceptive communications; automate abusive activity; scrape or extract information in violation of applicable restrictions; or use the services in a way that could materially harm Sanzone House, its users, service providers, or connected platforms.

You may not use a Sanzone House integration to conceal the identity or source of content, bypass a connected platform's safeguards, or falsely suggest that Sanzone House is affiliated with or endorsed by a third-party platform.

Intellectual property

Except for content owned by users or third parties, Sanzone House Services and their original publications, designs, text, graphics, branding, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Sanzone House LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred merely because you access a service.

Any license included with a purchased or provided digital product governs permitted use of that product. Unless expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Sanzone House materials.

Third-party services

Sanzone House Services may link to or integrate with services operated by third parties, including payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other technology services. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms and policies. Sanzone House is not responsible for independently operated third-party services.

Privacy

The Sanzone House Privacy & Cookie Policy at /policies/privacy explains how information is handled in connection with Sanzone House Services. Additional privacy notices may apply to particular services or programs where more detail is required.

Service changes and availability

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider changes, maintenance, product development, or business operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, particularly where a service depends on third-party infrastructure or APIs outside our control.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, material violations of these Terms or applicable program terms, or conduct that threatens the integrity of Sanzone House Services or connected third-party services. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.

You may stop using a Sanzone House Service at any time. Ending use does not eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature survive termination, including payment obligations already incurred, intellectual-property protections, and provisions concerning disputes and liability.

Disclaimers

Sanzone House Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, third-party service, or future platform change.

Sanzone House publications and tools provide general educational, organizational, or informational support unless a service expressly states otherwise. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanzone House LLC and its owners, personnel, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Sanzone House Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Sanzone House Services, technology, providers, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. When appropriate, material changes will be communicated through the website, applicable service, account interface, email, or another reasonable notice.
